Christmas Punch
2 cans Hi C fruit punch
1(2 liter) 7 UP
1 can pineapple juice
1/2 gallon lime sherbet
Mix first three ingredients
together in a punch bowl.
Add lime sherbet.
Serve. this will fill 1 punch bowl.


Peppermint Cocoa
1 Part Kahlúa Peppermint Mocha
3 Parts Hot Chocolate
Build in a coffee mug (served hot). Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.

Banana Slush Punch
Ingredients

4 ripe bananas
2 cups white sugar
3 cups water
1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
3 cups water
3 liters ginger ale
Directions
In a blender, combine bananas, sugar and 3 cups water. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and stir in pineapple juice. Blend in orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and 3 cups water. Divide into 3 plastic containers and freeze until solid.
Remove from freezer 3 to 4 hours before serving. Using one portion at a time, place slush in a punch bowl and pour in 1 liter of ginger ale for each.

Cranberry Vodka Slush
Ingredients
3 oz box cherry jello
1 c boiling water
3 c cold water
2 c cranberry juice
12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, slightly thawed
12 oz frozen lemonade, slightly thawed
2 c vodka
squirt soda or any citrus flavored soda
Directions
1. In a large container, dissolve the Jello in boiling water. Add the remaining ingredients, EXCEPT the soda; stir until well blended. Cover the container tightly, place in the freezer for at least 7 hours (overnight works best) or until its completely slushy.
2. When ready to serve, spoon the slush into a glass and add soda.
NOTE
A quick, easy drink to make. This recipe makes quite a bit and it can be kept in the freezer for months, as long as it's in a tightly sealed container.

Cranberry Refresher
Serves: 6
Cooking Time: 5 min
Ingredients
1 can (16 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup water
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 cup light brown sugar
8 ice cubes
Instructions
1.Place all ingredients except the ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
2.Add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed.
3.Serve immediately.
Notes
This is just as good served warm, too. It makes a great steaming harvest drink or holiday specialty. Just replace the 8 ice cubes with an additional 1/4 cup water, heat in a saucepan, and enjoy.

Lemon Drops
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz vodka
12 oz lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
METHOD:
Add sugar to the rim of an old-fashioned glass, and drop a cube or packet of sugar into the bottom of the glass. Pour vodka and lemon juice into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold. Pour and serve.
ALTERNATELY:
12 oz. Vodka
12 oz. Frozen Lemonade
24 oz. water
METHOD:
Mix all together and refrigerate. Serve over ice and enjoy.
Can also be frozen for several hours to slushify.
ALTERNATELY #2:

METHOD:
1 Cup Ice per 1/2 cup mixture.
Put in blender and blend until smooth and serve.
Ingredients
3 cups chocolate milk
2 1/4 cups eggnog
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cool whip for garnish
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine the milk, eggnog and coffee granules; heat through. Remove from the heat; stir in the vanilla. Dollop cool whip over eggnog.
Mocha Eggnog

Starbucks Mocha Frappachino
2 shots espresso, chilled or 1/3 cup strongly brewed coffee, chilled
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup ice cubes, large
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Instructions
1. In a blender, add 1 cup of ice cubes, and add the chilled coffee/espresso.
2. Add in 1/3 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
3. Blend for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.

Ingredients
3/4 cup half and half
1-3/4 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup white chocolate chips, chocolate chips, mint chips or a combo of chips
whipped cream and crushed candy canes as garnish
Directions
Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and white chocolate chips in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot and chocolate chips are melted. Stir again before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and candy canes, as desired.
NOTE: You can make this without slow cooker, just adjust the cooking time. When the mixture almost boils it is ready. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.
